Paper Fan Garland

First, take two pieces of paper and lay them on top of each other. Then fold them like a fan, cutting off any excess.

Separate the two pages and fold them in half as shown in the picture above.

Next, use the string to tie the two pieces of paper together, knot the string, cut off the excess, and put a dab of glue on the knot to ensure that it does not come loose.

Glue the four pieces together and press firmly after gluing each piece to ensure that they stick together.
