Materials

2 pieces of cupcake liner, any color or print
Paper straw
Glue

Tools
Scissors


Instructions

First tutorial, flatten both cupcake liners.
Clip around the edge to make a simple fringe along the folded lines.

With the wrong side of the liners facing up, apply glue to one piece of baking paper and create a circular shape with the glue on the other one.
Put one end of the paper straw in the center of the cupcake liner.

Put together both fringe-cut cupcake liners to sandwich the paper straw.

Second tutorial, flatten both cupcake liners.

With the wrong side of the liners facing up, apply glue to one piece of baking paper and create a circular shape with the glue on the other one.

Put one end of the paper straw in the center of the cupcake liner.
Put together both fringe-cut cupcake liners to sandwich the paper straw.


The DIY cupcake liner fireworks are now ready to use for any celebration.
