Before you get started, you will need the following items.

150 Mini Orange Cupcake Liners
150 Mini Orange Black Cupcake Liners
Round Foam Wreath Form (mine is 11.5″ in diameter)
Pins -something similar to #20 1-14″ pins. But almost anything will work.
1-1/2″ wide satin ribbon for hanging

Please note before making your wreath:
Products above will cover the inside, front, and outside of the wreath, but NOT the back. If you are hanging your wreath where both sides will be seen and it will not be flat against a door or window, please double the number of wrappers you need.

How to Make a Halloween Wreath

For each wrapper you pin onto your wreath form, you’ll actually be pinning on 2 wrappers at the same time.

Flatten one cupcake wrapper and reverse it (so it’s outside in) and place it inside of a “right side up” cupcake wrapper. Open the two wrappers a bit by flattening them

Fold the 2 wrappers together a bit in the center to create some dimension or a flower-like shape.

Use a push pin and push it through both wrappers.

Then press it onto the wreath form.

It’s easiest if you keep the pins to the “open side” of the wreath form as shown.

Repeat until the entire wreath form is covered.

Cut a piece of ribbon the desired length

Fold it in half and pin it to the back of the wreath form.

Hang as desired.
