Commence with Sole - With 4.00mm hook and color 1, ch12, (RS) 3hdc in
4th ch from hook, 1hdc in each of next 7ch, 8hdc in last ch, working on opposite side of cast on ch, work 1hdc in each of next 7ch, 4hdc in last ch, sl st to top of
the ch3 on beginning of row. DNT. (29hdc + ch2)
Round 2 - ch2, work 2hdc in each of next 3hdc, 1hdc in each of next 9hdc, 2hdc in each of next 6hdc, 1hdc in each of next 9hdc, 2hdc in each of last 2hdc, 1hdc
in base of ch2, sl st to top of ch2. DNT. (41hdc + ch2)
Round 3 - ch2, 1hdc in each hdc to end, sl st to top of ch2. DNT. (41hdc + ch2) Fasten off.
Round 4 - Working in back loop of stitch join in color 2 to first hdc, ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, 1sc in each hdc to end, 1sc in top of ch2 on previous row, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Turn (42sc)

Strap - With RS facing and counting from back seam, skip next 8st, rejoin color 2 to next sc, ch14, 1sc in 7th ch from hook, 1sc in each of next 7ch's, sl st to next
sc on shoe. Fasten off. (Work strap on opposite side for left shoe)
With 4.50mm hook and top of shoe towards you, rejoin color 1 to back seam, work a sl st in each loose loop around sole of shoe to end, sl st to first sl st on beginning of row.
Fasten off.
Finishing - Weave in ends, sew a button on side of each shoe to correspond
with 6 chain loop and fasten through the loop, attach a decorative button to front of each shoe.
