Skill Level

PATTERN

Note: The scarf is worked in the row, from side to side. The ends are seamed together to create the finished infinity scarf. It is imperative to check gauge and maintain an even tension throughout .

BASE

Ch9 [11, 13] using super chunky yarn and 20.00mm hook.

Rnd 1: 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook, 1 sc in next 15 sts, 3 sc in next st. (Note: You are now going to be working on the opposite side of foundation chain.) 1 sc in next 15 sts. 2 sc in last st. Do not sl st in 1st sc of this rnd. (36 sts)

Row 1: Skip 2 ch (counts as 1st hdc), *sl st in next ch, 1 hdc in next ch. Repeat from the * 2 [3, 4] more times. Sl st in next ch. Turn your work. (8 [10, 12] sts)

Row 2: Ch2 (counts as 1st hdc), *sl st in next hdc, 1 hdc in next sl st. Repeat from the * 2 [3, 4] more times. Sl st in turning ch. Turn your work. (8 [10, 12] sts)

Work rows with alternating slip stitches and half double crochets to create the marshmallow texture.

Row 3 – 94 [98, 102]: Repeat row 2.


Fasten off, and weave in loose ends.

Finishings:

Taking your tapestry needle, sew the ends of your infinity scarf together using the whip stitch.

Finishing step: seam the scarf ends with a tapestry needle to form the infinity loop.
