Clothespin Snowflake Ornaments!
Creating clothespin snowflake ornaments is a delightful way to add a touch of winter wonder to your home! You will need:
- 8 Clothespins
- Glue Gun & Glue Sticks
- Paint (optional)
- Book Paper (optional)
- Leather or Felt Scraps (optional)
- String or Hemp Cord (optional)
Take the springs off of 8 clothespins.
Match each piece of wood, flat sides together.
Glue the two pieces of wood together.
Glue the ends of two matched sets together. This makes one line.
Glue two more ends of matched sets to the center.
Glue the rest of the clothespins as shown below:
Paint! I used gold spray paint.
Punch out two paper circles or medallions. Cut two small hearts out of leather or felt.
Glue the paper circles and hearts to the centers of the clothespin star, back and front.
Cut a piece of string or cord. String it through one of the holes and knot the end.
Hang on the tree!
