These moon treat holders are not only practical for keeping your snacks organized but also make charming decorations that will bring a smile to your face every time you see them. So gather your materials and get ready to embark on a crafting adventure that is sure to delight both you and your friends!

To make:

  1. Adults can lightly paint the bottom of paper plates with silver spray paint. Once dry, stack two of the plates and kids can use scissors to cut out a crescent moon shape.
  2. Use a star punch to punch a few stars out of one of the crescents. If the star shapes are large, back the opening with a piece of glassine paper, attaching it with a kid-friendly low-temperature hot-glue, so that candy doesn’t slip through the holes.
  3. Punch more stars from scrap paper and attach to the painted side of the plate with hot-glue.
  4. Line up the outer edges of two of the plates with the painted sides on the outside; attach with hot-glue. Fill with candy, then glue the inside edge closed.
