Crochet Simple and Small Stork

I used a 3.5 hook size.
Staring with the head, in white:
Rd 1: ch 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hk
Rd 2: 2sc around (12)
Rd 3: (sc, 2sc) around (18)
Rd 4-7: sc around (18)
Insert safety eyes around rd 4, leaving 3 st in between or embroider them on now.
Rd 8: sc2tog (8)
Rd 9-12: sc around (8) stuff and continue to body
Rd 13: 2sc around (16)
Rd 14: (sc, 2sc) around (24)
Rd 15-17: sc around (24)
Rd 18: (sc, sc2tog) around (16)
Rd 19: sc around (16)
Rd 20: sc2tog (8)
Rd 21: sc around (8) sl st, fasten off, stuff and sew closed.
BEAK in orange
Rd 1: ch2, 5 sc in 2nd ch from hk
Rd 2: (sc, 2sc) around 7
Rd 3-6: sc around 7. sl st, fasten off. Sew on face, do not stuff.
WINGS (make 2) in white:
Rd 1: ch 2, 8 sc in 2nd ch from hk
Rd 2: 2sc in each sc (16) sl st, fasten off.
Attach Black with a sl st and work in Rows:
Row 1: sc in 6 st, ch 1, turn
Row 2: sc in 6 st, ch 3, turn
Row 3: sc in next st, ch 3 (repeat to make 3 feathers), sl st and fasten off
Back wing:
Attach white to back area of bird, between two side wings, with a sl st and sc
Row 1: Ch 3, sc, ch 5, sc, ch 5, sc, ch 5, sc, ch 5, sc, ch5, sc, ch 3, sc and sl st, fasten off
Row 2: Attach black to the first ch 3 space with a sl st. 3sc in each ch sp across. sl st and fasten off.
LEGS in orange:
Rd 1: ch 2, 4 sc in 2nd ch from hook
Rd 2-3: sc around: (4)
Rd 4: (sc2tog) around (2)
Rd 5-10: sc around (2). sl st, fasten off and sew on bird
Baby Carrier in colour of choice:
Rd 1: ch 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hk (6)
Rd 2: (sc2 2sc) around (9)
Rd 3-4: sc around (9). Lightly stuff. Embroider a small red heart if desired.
Finishing: Sl st closed. ch 3, sl st. Fasten off. Sew opposite corner into stork’s beak.
