DIY Upcycle Plastic Bottle Planter
Looking to add some greenery to your space while being eco-friendly? Why not try creating a DIY upcycled plastic bottle planter? Not only is it a fun and creative way to repurpose old plastic bottles, but it also helps reduce waste. Start by cutting the plastic bottle in half, adding small drainage holes at the bottom, and decorating it with paint or stickers for a personalized touch. Fill the bottom with some gravel or pebbles for drainage, add potting soil, and plant your favorite herbs or flowers. Voila! You've just turned something simple into a charming and sustainable planter that will brighten up any corner of your home. Give it a try and watch your creativity and green thumb flourish!
Materials:
2. Get the bottom section and glue googly eyes about two-thirds of the way up toward the open end. Below those, place the little pom pom to serve as a nose.
3. Pour in your dirt, sand, or gravel.
4. Add your plant (real or fake). If you add a real plant, make sure you poke some drainage holes through the bottom so that you can water it. Isn’t it adorable?
