Cascade Yarns 220 Superwash yarn (100% superwash wool, 3.5 oz/100 g, 220 yd/200 m) – 1 skein each in 346 Daisy Yellow (CA), 871 White (CB), 887 Wasabi (CC), and 885 In the Navy (CD), or approximately 15 yd (14 m) in each of 4 colors in any medium weight yarn.
KnitPro Waves 2.0 US Size J-10/6 mm crochet hook, or any size needed to obtain correct gauge.
Yarn needle.

There are several ways to crochet into chain spaces. For this pattern, the designer used the first method.
For this motif, unless you want a very open project with limited structure, join‑as‑you‑go is not recommended. As you fasten off CD at the end of Rnd 5, consider whether a longer yarn tail would be helpful for your join.

With CA, ch 4, skip 3 ch, sl st to next ch to form ring.

Tips
- If you plan to seam motifs, leave long tails when fastening off in the final round to make joining easier.
