To make this you will need:

Outer layer (Quilting Cotton)

1 3¼" × 13¾" (8cm × 35cm)

3/4" (2cm) wide Swivel Snap

Fold the pull tab pieces(or the strip) in half, wrong sides together to make a crease. press it.

Then fold each edge in toward the middle and press.

Stitch along both long edges of the strip, 1/8" from the edge, leaving about 2⅜" ~2¾" at both ends.

Feed the strap through the hole of the swivel snap.

Open both ends that we left not stitched. Place the right sides together and sew.

Open the seam. Fold again and sew the part that we left not stitched.

It becomes a circle.

Fold the strap in half, Sew around the Swivel Snap. Then it will not

move.
