SS: Slip stitch- Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over and pull through both the stitch and loop on the hook.

DC: Double crochet- Yarn over. Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over pull through stitch. Yarn over pull through two loops. Yarn over pull through two loops.

SC: Single crochet- Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over pull through two loops.

HDC: Half double crochet- Yarn over. Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over pull through stitch. Yarn over pull through three stitches.

FPHDC: Yarn over. Insert hook around the front to back and around stitch. Yarn over pull through stitch. Yarn over pull through all three loops on hook.

BPHDC: Yarn over. Insert hook around the stitch fron back to front into stitch. Yarn over pull through stitch. Yarn over pull through all three loops on the hook.

Instructions:

Magic loop

Round 1: (color 1) Ch 2. 10 Dc in magic loop. Join with a SS to the top of the first Dc made.

Round 2: (color 2) Ch 7. SS to FLO in same stitch. *Ch 7. SS in FLO in the next two stitches.* Repeat from * to * all the way around. Join with a SS to the base of the beginning Ch 7. Pull tight.

Round 3: (color 1) Ch 2. *Make 2Dc behind the Ch 7 space in same stitch. 2Dc in front of SS.* Repeat from * to * all the way around. Join with a SS to the top of the first Dc made.

Round 4: (color 1) Ch 1. 2Sc in same stitch. *Working in 4 Ch of the Ch 7 from round 2 and the next stitch make a Sc. 2Sc in next stitch. Sc. 2Sc in next stitch.* Repeat from * to * until 2 stitches remain. 2Sc in next stitch. Sc in last stitch. Join with a SS to the first Sc made.

Round 5: (color 3) Ch 2. *2Dc in same stitch. Dc in next stitch. Work a FPDC around both side of the Ch 7 space from round 2. 2Dc in next stitch. Dc in next two stitches.* Repeat from * to * all the way around. Join with a SS to the first Dc made.

Round 6: (color 2) Ch 2. *2Dc in same stitch. Dc 3.* Repeat from * to * all the way around. Join with a SS to the top of the first Dc made.

Round 7: (color 3) Ch 2. *2Dc in same stitch. Dc 4.* Repeat from * to * all the way around. Join with a SS to the top of the first Dc made.

Round 8: (color 1) Ch 1. HDC all the way around. Join with a SS to the top of the first HDC made.

Round 9: (color 2) Ch 2. Dc all the way around. Join with a SS to the top of the first Dc made.

Round 10: (color 3) Ch 2. Dc all the way around. Join with a SS to the top of the first Dc made.

Round 11: Repeat round 9

Switch to H 5.00mm hook.

Round 20: (color 1) Ch 2. Hdc all the way around. Join with a SS to the top of the first HDC made.

Round 21: (color 1) Ch 1. *FPHDC, BPHDC. * Repeat from * to * all the way around. Join with a SS to the top of the first FPHDC made.

Round 22-25: Repeat row 21

Finish off. Weave in ends.
