Tic Tac Toe Board
Creating your own DIY Tic Tac Toe board is a fantastic way to add some fun and creativity to your space! Making a tic tac toe set is easy peasy, all you need:
cutting board
painters tape
paint brush
paint
6 of one object and 6 of another (more on that below!)
Measure (or eyeball) where you want your first two lines to go, tape them off and paint! For easy measuring, I made all of my lines exactly one piece of tape wide. After painting the firs t2 lines, let them dry completely. I know, I know… it’s so hard. But while you wait, you can start thinking about game pieces! You can literally use anything from cereal to candy to rocks to buttons, sequins, toy cars, puzzle pieces, random other game pieces.
Next, measure and tape off the last 2 lines, then paint and let them dry completely before ripping off the tape and playing a few games of tic tac toe! In the pic below, I used black and white rocks from outside to play. Also consider jazzing up your game pieces if you’d like!
