This crochet doll amigurumi rattle is a sweet, handmade toy that combines a soft crocheted head, braided hair wig and a wooden ring rattle. Materials
I used double crochet thread for my rattle: cotton mate yarn and cotton gold yarn for the head and hair, and cotton dazzle for the wooden part. Hook: 2.5 mm. You will also need stuffing and a small rattle bell to place inside the head.

Hair strand
Make 90 ch; from the second ch make 89sc.
Make 2 of them in dark pink and make one in light pink.
Then nail a braid and sew them to the wig.
Wooden part
For wooden rattle size I used 25 ch, from the second loop do 24 sc, 1 ch and turn and so continue crocheting until we get 8 rows.
Leave the thread for sewing the wooden ring and the head.
For rose bowknot: do 10 ch and do 9 sc then slst both ends, then put it around the neck to do rose crochet.
6sc in MR, for next round do (1sc, inc) x 3 slst and sew it to the neck part then do another 6sc in MR, slst and sew it.
Finish by sewing the wig to the head, attaching the braided hair strands, and sewing the head to the wooden ring. Make sure the rattle bell is securely enclosed inside the head and that all pieces are sewn firmly for safe use.
