Crumples and creases
At the narrow end, attach your wool to a spot in round 5, pass it through the capsicum to the corresponding spot on the other side and pull tight to crumple the capsicum then tie off. I did this five times in a rough circle. Then, to create the creases, passes the wool on the outside between these points and pull tight.

Slip stitch, fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing. Stuff the stem and sew it to the top of the capsicum.
