Easy DIY Photo Jar Vase — Turn Jars into Personalized Centerpieces

Materials
- Glass jar (mason jar or any clean jar)
- Spray paint (color of your choice)
- A printed family photo or other picture (cut to fit)
- Flowers (fresh or artificial)
- Faux pearls or decorative beads

- Hot glue and glue gun
- Scissors
- Double-stick tape or adhesive paper (optional)
Instructions
1. Clean the jar and remove any labels. Work in a well-ventilated area and spray the jar with an even coat of spray paint. Coordinate the paint color with a tone in your photo if you like — the example uses red. Allow the paint to dry completely before continuing.
2. Choose a photo and print it to the size needed to wrap or sit on the jar. You can use printed photos on regular paper, or print directly on adhesive/sticker paper if available. Trim the photo to fit the jar shape.
3. If you have adhesive/sticker paper, peel the backing and apply the photo to the jar. If not, use double-stick tape or a thin layer of glue to attach the photo securely. Smooth out any air bubbles so the photo lies flat against the jar.
4. Use hot glue to attach a border of faux pearls (or other decorative beads) around the photograph. Apply glue in small sections and press pearls into place to create an even frame. Be careful with the glue gun and allow glue to set fully.
5. Once decorations are secure and glue is dry, add flowers to the jar. Use fresh blooms with a water-filled insert or choose faux flowers for a long-lasting display.
6. Place your finished photo jar vase on a shelf, table or mantel as a personalized accent piece. Make several in different sizes and colors for a coordinated display.
