MATERIALS
- Wood Craft Sticks (4 1/2 x 3/8 in)
- Cardboard Tube (Empty TP Roll Tube)
- Cardstock Paper
- Washi Tape
- Pipe Cleaner

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Cut an empty cardboard tube into the half.

Step 2: Trace and cut out a circle from cardstock paper and glue it to one end of the tube to make the base of the basket.

Step 3: Cut seven wooden craft sticks in half. Colored sticks speed the process, or paint plain sticks before cutting.

Step 4: Glue the craft stick halves evenly around the cardboard tube to form the basket sides.

Step 5: Decorate the outside of the basket with washi tape for extra color and pattern.

Step 6: Cut approximately 5 inches of pipe cleaner and glue the ends inside the tube to make a handle.

Step 7: Finish by gluing a flower-shaped gem or other embellishment to the basket for a polished look.

These mini baskets are ideal for holding small eggs, candies, or tiny gifts. Experiment with different colors, tapes, and decorations to match your Easter theme.
